مدلسازی عوامل روانشناختی و اجتماعی مؤثر بر پذیرش مداخلات سلامت روان دیجیتال: یک رویکرد مدلیابی ساختاری چندسطحی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و مدلسازی روابط میان عوامل روانشناختی، اجتماعی، فناورانه و ساختاری مؤثر بر پذیرش و تداوم استفاده از مداخلات سلامت روان دیجیتال در میان بزرگسالان ساکن تهران انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی اکتشافی و با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون استقرایی انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل 24 بزرگسال ساکن تهران بودند که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع و بر اساس وضعیت استفاده فعال، قطع استفاده یا عدم پذیرش مداخلات سلامت روان دیجیتال انتخاب شدند. دادهها صرفاً از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته فردی گردآوری شد. مصاحبهها بین 45 تا 75 دقیقه به طول انجامید و تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت؛ اشباع اولیه در مصاحبه بیستویکم حاصل شد و سه مصاحبه تکمیلی برای اطمینان از تثبیت مقولهها انجام گرفت. متن مصاحبهها در نرمافزار NVivo 14 سازماندهی و طی فرایند کدگذاری اولیه، مقولهبندی، مقایسه مستمر و توسعه شبکه روابط میان مضامین تحلیل شد. تحلیل دادهها به استخراج پنج مقوله اصلی انجامید: «ارزیابی شناختی و آمادگی روانشناختی»، «اعتماد دیجیتال، ایمنی و اعتبار بالینی»، «مشروعیت اجتماعی و پیوند انسانی»، «تناسب تجربه کاربری و شخصیسازی مداخله» و «شرایط ساختاری، دسترسی و عدالت دیجیتال». یافتهها نشان دادند که پذیرش مداخلات سلامت روان دیجیتال یک تصمیم منفرد و ثابت نیست، بلکه فرایندی پویا از آگاهی اولیه، ارزیابی فایده و خطر، آزمون محدود، شکلگیری یا تضعیف اعتماد و سرانجام استفاده پایدار یا ترک مداخله است. سودمندی ادراکشده، خودکارآمدی دیجیتال و احساس کنترل در سطح فردی، توصیه متخصص و حمایت انسانی در سطح بینفردی و محرمانگی، اعتبار علمی، هزینه، کیفیت زیرساخت و پاسخگویی نهادی در سطوح سازمانی و کلان بر این فرایند اثر میگذاشتند. پذیرش سلامت روان دیجیتال حاصل تعامل همزمان عوامل فردی، بینفردی، فناورانه و ساختاری است و نمیتوان آن را صرفاً با سهولت استفاده یا نگرش مثبت به فناوری توضیح داد. اعتماد ادراکشده در مدل استخراجشده نقش سازوکار پیونددهنده میان سطوح مختلف داشت. طراحی انسانمحور، ارائه اطلاعات شفاف درباره شواهد و محرمانگی، امکان تماس با متخصص، انطباق فرهنگی، افزایش سواد سلامت دیجیتال و تدوین سازوکارهای نظارتی میتواند پذیرش و استفاده پایدار از این مداخلات را افزایش دهد.
