رابطه بین سواد سلامت روان دیجیتال و رفتارهای کمکخواهی روانشناختی در نسل جوان: نقش اعتماد و انگ اجتماعی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین تجربه نسل جوان از چگونگی تأثیر سواد سلامت روان دیجیتال بر شناسایی مشکلات روانشناختی و تصمیمگیری برای کمکخواهی، با تأکید بر نقش اعتماد به منابع دیجیتال و انگ اجتماعی انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل 24 جوان 18 تا 29 ساله ساکن تهران بودند که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند. معیار اصلی ورود، سابقه استفاده از اینترنت، شبکههای اجتماعی، وبسایتها یا برنامههای دیجیتال برای جستوجوی اطلاعات سلامت روان در یک سال گذشته بود. دادهها فقط از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته فردی گردآوری شدند. مصاحبهها تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت؛ بهطوریکه اشباع اولیه در مصاحبه بیستویکم حاصل شد و سه مصاحبه بعدی برای اطمینان از اشباع انجام گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از فرایند ششمرحلهای تحلیل مضمون و نرمافزار NVivo 14 تحلیل شدند. تحلیل دادهها به استخراج پنج مقوله اصلی منجر شد: «سواد دیجیتال بهمثابه ابزار نامگذاری و تشخیص اولیه تجربه روانشناختی»، «ارزیابی انتقادی اطلاعات در برابر سردرگمی و خودتشخیصی»، «اعتماد مشروط به اعتبار منبع و حفاظت از حریم خصوصی»، «انگ اجتماعی و پناهبردن به کمکخواهی پنهان» و «گذار از جستوجوی دیجیتال به دریافت کمک حرفهای». یافتهها نشان دادند که سواد سلامت روان دیجیتال، هنگامی که با توانایی ارزیابی اعتبار منابع همراه بود، شناخت نشانهها و انتخاب مسیر مناسب کمکخواهی را تسهیل میکرد. در مقابل، اعتماد پایین، نگرانی درباره محرمانگی، اطلاعات متناقض و انگ اجتماعی موجب تأخیر، پنهانکاری یا محدودشدن کمکخواهی به فضای آنلاین میشدند. رابطه میان سواد سلامت روان دیجیتال و کمکخواهی، رابطهای مستقیم و خطی نیست، بلکه اعتماد و انگ اجتماعی در آن نقش سازوکارهای واسط و زمینهای دارند. افزایش دسترسی به اطلاعات، بدون ارتقای ارزیابی انتقادی، تضمین محرمانگی و کاهش انگ، الزاماً به دریافت کمک تخصصی منجر نمیشود. بنابراین، برنامههای ارتقای سواد سلامت روان دیجیتال باید علاوه بر آموزش تشخیص نشانهها، بر اعتبارسنجی منابع، شناخت حدود خودیاری دیجیتال، امنیت دادهها و عادیسازی مراجعه به متخصصان تمرکز کنند.
