نقش هویت اجتماعی و تعلق گروهی در پیشگیری از مشکلات سلامت روان: یک مطالعه بینفرهنگی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین سازوکارهای نقشآفرینی هویت اجتماعی و احساس تعلق به گروه در پیشگیری از مشکلات سلامت روان در میان بزرگسالان متعلق به زمینههای فرهنگی و قومزبانی متفاوت ساکن تهران انجام شد. این پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون بازتابی انجام شد. 30 مشارکتکننده 20 تا 49 ساله از شش زمینه خودمعرفیشده فرهنگی و قومزبانی شامل فارسیزبان، آذری، کرد، لر، عرب و مهاجر افغانستانی با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند. دادهها صرفاً از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته فردی گردآوری شد. مصاحبهها تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری و معنایی ادامه یافت؛ اشباع اولیه در مصاحبه بیستوهفتم حاصل شد و سه مصاحبه دیگر برای اطمینان از تثبیت مقولهها انجام گرفت. مصاحبهها پس از پیادهسازی کلمهبهکلمه، با استفاده از نرمافزار NVivo 14 و مراحل ششگانه تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک تحلیل شدند. اعتبار یافتهها از طریق بازبینی مشارکتکنندگان، تحلیل همکار، یادداشتگذاری بازتابی و مقایسه مستمر بینفرهنگی تقویت شد. تحلیل دادهها به استخراج چهار مقوله اصلی منجر شد: «هویت اجتماعی بهمثابه منبع معنا، خودپیوستگی و ارزشمندی»، «تعلق گروهی بهمثابه شبکه حمایت و تنظیم هیجان»، «مشارکت و عاملیت جمعی بهمثابه مسیر تابآوری و کمکخواهی» و «مرزهای دوگانه تعلق: طرد، فشار هنجاری و بازسازی هویتهای چندگانه». مشارکتکنندگان در همه زمینههای فرهنگی، احساس پذیرفتهشدن، برخورداری از حمایت قابل اعتماد و ایفای نقش معنادار در گروه را عوامل محافظ در برابر تنهایی، اضطراب، خلق افسرده و درماندگی توصیف کردند. در مقابل، تبعیض، انگ، کنترل گروهی و تعارض میان هویتهای خانوادگی، قومی و شهری میتوانستند آثار محافظتی تعلق را کاهش دهند. هویت اجتماعی مثبت از طریق ایجاد معنا، حمایت ادراکشده، عزتنفس جمعی، عاملیت و دسترسی به مسیرهای غیرانگزننده کمکخواهی، ظرفیت پیشگیری از مشکلات سلامت روان را دارد. بااینحال، صرف عضویت در گروه کافی نیست و کیفیت روابط، فراگیری گروه، امکان انتخاب و سازگاری هویتهای متعدد تعیین میکنند که تعلق به «درمان اجتماعی» یا به منبع فشار روانشناختی تبدیل شود. بنابراین، برنامههای پیشگیری باید بر ایجاد گروههای ایمن، فراگیر، داوطلبانه و حساس به تفاوتهای فرهنگی تمرکز کنند.
