تحلیل رفتارهای آنلاین و ارتباط آن با آسیبپذیری روانشناختی: رویکردی دادهمحور در سلامت روان اجتماعی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی الگوهای رفتار آنلاین مرتبط با آسیبپذیری روانشناختی و تبیین سازوکارهای فردی و اجتماعی مؤثر بر این ارتباط در میان کاربران بزرگسال ساکن تهران انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون استقرایی انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل ۲۴ کاربر بزرگسال ساکن تهران، متشکل از ۱۴ زن و ۱۰ مرد در دامنه سنی ۱۹ تا ۴۲ سال بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و با رعایت حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند. دادهها صرفاً از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته فردی گردآوری شد. مصاحبهها بین ۴۵ تا ۷۵ دقیقه به طول انجامید، ضبط و بهصورت کلمهبهکلمه پیادهسازی شد. اشباع نظری پس از مصاحبه بیستویکم حاصل شد و سه مصاحبه تکمیلی برای اطمینان از کفایت دادهها انجام گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار NVivo و طی مراحل آشنایی با دادهها، کدگذاری اولیه، تشکیل مقولهها، بازبینی مضامین و تفسیر نهایی تحلیل شدند. اعتبار یافتهها از طریق بازبینی مشارکتکنندگان، مرور همکار پژوهشی، ثبت مسیر تصمیمگیری و نمونهگیری با حداکثر تنوع تقویت شد. تحلیل مصاحبهها به شناسایی پنج مقوله اصلی منجر شد: استفاده جبرانی از فضای آنلاین برای تنظیم هیجان؛ مقایسه اجتماعی و آسیبپذیری خودارزشی؛ اضافهبار اطلاعاتی، فرسودگی شناختی و اختلال در خواب؛ دوگانگی حمایت اجتماعی و تهدیدهای بینفردی آنلاین؛ و شاخصهای رفتاری قابلرصد برای شناسایی زودهنگام آسیبپذیری. مشارکتکنندگان رفتارهایی مانند وارسی مکرر اعلانها، پیمایش بیهدف، استفاده شبانه، وابستگی خلق به بازخوردهای آنلاین، حذف و نصب مجدد برنامهها، کنارهگیری از روابط حضوری و حساسیت به دیدهشدن را بهعنوان نشانههای تشدید آشفتگی روانشناختی توصیف کردند. یافتهها نشان دادند که آسیبپذیری روانشناختی نه صرفاً با میزان حضور آنلاین، بلکه با انگیزه استفاده، کیفیت تعامل، نوع محتوای مشاهدهشده، میزان کنترل ادراکشده و جایگزینی فعالیتهای آفلاین ارتباط دارد. بنابراین، رویکردهای دادهمحور باید بهجای تمرکز انحصاری بر زمان استفاده، مجموعهای از شاخصهای رفتاری، هیجانی و زمینهای را بررسی کنند. توسعه سواد سلامت دیجیتال، تقویت تنظیم هیجان، آموزش مدیریت اعلانها و طراحی سامانههای اخلاقمدار برای شناسایی زودهنگام الگوهای پرخطر میتواند به ارتقای سلامت روان اجتماعی کمک کند.
