پیشبینی خطر اختلالات روانشناختی با استفاده از نشانگرهای رفتاری دیجیتال: یک چارچوب هوش مصنوعی و علوم رفتاری

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفهها، الزامات و سازوکارهای یک چارچوب بومی، اخلاقمدار و شخصمحور برای پیشبینی خطر اختلالات روانشناختی با استفاده از نشانگرهای رفتاری دیجیتال، هوش مصنوعی و مبانی علوم رفتاری انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل ۲۲ نفر از روانشناسان بالینی، روانپزشکان، متخصصان هوش مصنوعی و علم داده و کارشناسان سلامت دیجیتال شاغل در تهران بودند که با نمونهگیری هدفمند و با رعایت اصل بیشینه تنوع انتخاب شدند. دادهها صرفاً از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته عمیق گردآوری شدند. اشباع نظری در مصاحبه نوزدهم حاصل شد و سه مصاحبه دیگر برای اطمینان از تثبیت مقولهها انجام گرفت. مصاحبهها پس از پیادهسازی کلمهبهکلمه، با استفاده از فرایند کدگذاری اولیه، مقایسه مستمر، ادغام کدهای مشابه و تشکیل زیرمقولهها و مقولههای اصلی تحلیل شدند. مدیریت، سازماندهی و بازیابی دادهها با نرمافزار NVivo انجام شد و اعتبار یافتهها از طریق بازبینی مشارکتکنندگان، بازبینی همتایان، ثبت مسیر تحلیل و نمونهگیری با بیشینه تنوع بررسی شد. تحلیل مصاحبهها به استخراج پنج مقوله اصلی منجر شد: «معماری چندوجهی نشانگرهای رفتاری دیجیتال»، «پیشبینی پویا و شخصمحور»، «هوش مصنوعی قابلفهم و تحت نظارت انسان»، «حکمرانی اخلاقی، امنیت داده و عدالت الگوریتمی» و «ترجمان بالینی و بومیسازی فرهنگی». مشارکتکنندگان تأکید کردند که هیچ نشانگر منفردی برای پیشبینی اختلالات روانشناختی کافی نیست و تغییرات درونفردی در تحرک، خواب، ارتباطات، الگوی استفاده از تلفن همراه، زبان، صدا و شاخصهای فیزیولوژیک باید در بافت زندگی، شرایط اجتماعی و خط پایه شخص تفسیر شوند. همچنین، خروجی سامانه باید بهصورت سطح خطر احتمالی همراه با میزان عدمقطعیت ارائه شود، نه بهعنوان تشخیص قطعی. چارچوب پیشنهادی نشان میدهد که پیشبینی معتبر خطر روانشناختی مستلزم ادغام دادههای چندوجهی، مدلهای زمانی و شخصمحور، توضیحپذیری، ارزیابی سوگیری، رضایت پویا، حداقلگرایی داده و نظارت متخصص انسانی است. چنین سامانهای میتواند به غربالگری زودهنگام، اولویتبندی ارجاع، پایش تغییرات و مداخله بهموقع کمک کند، اما نباید جایگزین مصاحبه بالینی، قضاوت حرفهای یا رابطه درمانی شود.
